We look at Signal Jammers as dangerous devices that only cause problems for everyone, what if I said, we (as a country) could fix that? How come we cant legalize Jammers to protect ourselves from terrorist attacks to just sitting at a movie theater, the Federal Government can use the apparatus to block signal from prisons? The Safe Prisons Communications Act of 2009. What about Local law enforcements, Why cant they use them?
Obviously we don't want to use Signal Jammers to block ALL communications, just some. We do have the technology to limit the use of Signal Jammers to block certain channels like Wi-Fi and public communications, there should be secure channels for emergency contact ONLY. Just like police have secure lines for communications.
