Unlike it's counterpart "Tobacco" which can lead to nicotine dependency. The U.S has made it legal to use in most cases addictive drugs such as Alcohol and Nicotine, while the nonaddictive drug cannabis is illegal for recreational use. Furthermore I believe that we the people of "The UnitedStates"should be able to use cannabis legally for recreational uses with a lowered age limit due to its nonaddictive nature.
