Legalize “Charlotte's Web”, super low THC marijuana for all children suffering Dravet syndome

Created by J.K. on June 10, 2013

Super low level THC (the component of pot that gets people high) marijuana, called Charlotte’s Web, is proving successful for treating Dravet syndrome in children. Dravet’s is an eventually deadly syndrome where children have multiple seizures daily. Children in Colorado are currently able to get relief from a suspension of Charlotte’s Web marijuana in olive oil. This is the only treatment that seems to work for some suffers and is the only treatment that doesn’t have debilitating side effects. Parents of suffers are moving to Colorado in desperation, but not all suffers can afford to uproot. Please make this treatment available to all our children. The death of one child just to prove to voters that you are anti-drug is unconscionable.
