Legalize/lower the schedule of several psychedelic drugs including psilocybin mushrooms and LSD

Rather than have drugs that are proven non harmful like LSD or psilocybin mushrooms in the category of schedule 1, why not legalize them for recreation use and tax the sales of them as we do with alcohol. no one has ever died from an overdose of LSD or shrooms but alcohol has claimed 88,000 lives from 2006-2010
