Legalizing Abortion

I would like to start a petition to legalize abortion. I do respect the importance of living matters and human life, and it is considered as unethical action to erase baby in today's society. However, if a woman is raped and is pregnant, or unwillingly pregnant via any way, I believe that she has right to chose to wether to deliver the baby or not. Because first, if the mother is unwillingly pregnant, it is more likely for the mother to be stressed, depressed, angry about being pregnant by unwanted person. If the woman's state of mind for 9months is like that, that affects baby greatly in mentally and physically. Second, if a woman's economic background or ability cannot support or cannot raise the baby, that could lead to worse things, such as abandoning the baby,
