We the people of New York state think that Fireworks should be legalized. Not only would it bring jobs for people it would also would bring entertainment to the state of New York. There should be a free safety kit when you purchase fireworks to show how to use and handle fireworks properly. It would be less on the law to enforce punishment on those who bring the fireworks in to the state illegally.
