Legalizing Marijuana and using the money to fund NASA, education, rebate to lower student debt so we can go to Mars

At some point America made a mistake. The cost of higher education became way to expensive. It was at one time possible to theoretically work your way through college and be left with very little debt. Right now it's a pipe dream to pull that off. we should use some of the money for 10 years as a larger tax rebate for people paying off student loan debt
We also have the issue of NASA many advances NASA has made has been for the betterment of everyone. including the ability to better predict the weather saving us billions in crop management. It's a solid investment and a wonderful brain trust let's fund them properly so they can get there wings back.
Every school in america should be able to offer 4 hours of tutoring 1/1 per week
