Legally change Obama's name to Peter Smith and to paint the white house Pink.

We would like to change Obama's name to Peter Smith and would also like to paint the white house pink. We would like to do it because Obama's name seems like it is from a different country. And i'm sorry but this is America! Then we want to paint the white house pink because the white house needs a little more touch to it and a little more decorations instead of that boring old white colored humungous house.
