The Supreme Court in Roe V. Wade neglected to ascertain when life began, leaving the decision they rendered a mere "belief" and not factual! They violated the 14 amendment which grants protection for "life". By common sense we all know that a fetus is a living human organism, and to extinguish that living human organism is to "kill a person". We the People demand that due process of law be applied to all "living human organisms" in the womb discovered by the medical fact call pregnancy. Clearly, a fetus is living, for if it were not living, it would be a medical problem for that female, requiring different medical procedure. I'm Joseph A.
