Below is the fourth amendment to the United States constitution as it appears in the original document.
"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
The FISC has no authority to issue warrants for the seizure of emails and phone metadata from American citizens not suspected of terrorism or similar crimes against the United States. Therefore, We the People call for accountability and a declaration by the Obama administration that these bulk collection programs are unconstitutional.
