We The People, deserve the right to receive the network subsidy unlock code for our GSM cellular devices with our device purchase. It is our right to be able to receive our devices full potential, and not be limited with the use of our own property. Please consider the fact that even if someone registers their device with another carrier, they are still obligated to paying their bill and a ETF (Early Termination Fee) with that device. Removing our right to use of our GSM device on another network needs to be revoked. Contract binded devices will still incur a rather large fee if that person is leaving that carrier for another. This locks us into our carrier, and we deserve the right to choose which cellular provider we prefer.
