legally hold corporations accountable for laws broken in the U.S. the same as an individual would be.

Created by G.H. on August 07, 2015

Corporations are entities that have the privilege of being a 'person' when it benefits them and being an 'elusive entity' when legal matters that they should be held responsible for are threatening their profits. This UNFAIR and UNBALANCED treatment must stop! If the SCOTUS continues to declare that corps. are 'people' then the following must occur:

•Board members accountable for deaths that occur from their products/services including full sentencing on an individual basis up to the death penalty.

•Not allowing corporations to file bankruptcy, especially when it affects the U.S. economy; as well as stripping bonuses from from CEO's and board members who exploit this practice for personal gain.

This is a short list of many laws that corps. do not have to abide by yet exist w/o penalty.
