People who are intersex and born with both genetalia don't have the option of identifying as xxy or xyy individuals. They are required to identify as either Female or Male.
People who are born with both and don't really feel they are male or female should be allowed to choose what makes them most comfortable and should be stated on their ID if they do not choose to identify as either male or female.
A lot of intersex individuals get hate and have trouble with legal things, so if they do not want to identify as male or female they should have a choice of a third option. Along with Non-binary, intersex people should be able to have their gender recognized.
