We, the undersigned, citizens of the United States of America, hereby declare:
Declaration One: Jerusalem is the sovereign territory of and the legal capital of the sovereign State of Israel.
Declaration Two: We demand that the President of the United States discontinue suspension of existing US law, the Jerusalem Embassy Act - 1995, S. 1322 (JEA). The terms of JEA (S.1322) requires that:
- The United States recognize Jerusalem as the capital of the State of Israel.
- The United States assert that Jerusalem remain un-divided.
- The United States Embassy in Israel will be relocated to Jerusalem..
Declaration Three: We demand that our members of Congress personally initiate legislative action and personally vote to pass the Jerusalem Embasy & Recognition Act S.1622/H.R.1006
