Legally recognize Patriot's Day as a national holiday as a way to remember all victims of terrorism in the United States

Patriot's Day has long been a holiday in Massachusetts and Maine, but in light of the Boston bombings during the 2013 Boston Marathon, I propose that Patriot's Day should become a national holiday.

By making this day a nationwide holiday, it would allow Americans everywhere a day to remember not only the Boston tragedy, but victims of all terrorist acts that have occurred in the US.
