Legally recognize the Tea Party Movement as a hate group

These self-proclaimed patriots have shown signs of cultural insensitivity over the last couple years. They have a hateful and paranoid rhetorical style that can offend various groups including homosexuals and Muslims. They live in a fantasy including complete negligence of minority groups and can be full-on abusive. It is necessary to remind them that the United States is a land where the people are entitled to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Such treatment from a fringe political group impedes on those aforementioned entitlements.
