Sponsor, create and/or sign Federal legislation that makes upholding the Equal Human Rights of ALL citizens in any jurisdiction (city, county, state, tribal, federal, and unincorporated territory) a legal requirement of holding public office.
Additionally, establish legal consequences for anyone holding public office in any jurisdiction (city, county, state, tribal, federal, and unincorporated territory) who knowingly and willfully discriminates against any citizen based on gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, or national origin.
