Legally require parents to vaccinate children in their care.

There are currently outbreaks of diseases that only a few decades ago had been all but eradicated in the US. These include, but are not limited to measles, mumps, rubella, whooping cough, and many others. This is a direct result of the movement taken by many parents to not vaccinate their children against such diseases, after false claims that vaccines were a significant cause of autism were released and widespread. Those studies have since been disproven time and time again, and the head doctor in the study has since lost his license to practice. Therefore, We the People implore the Obama administration to declare a National Health Emergency and require vaccinations for all children and adults who are not up to date.
