Legislate ALL Federal agencies / payments make a 6 to 10 % spending cut without cutting any jobs to balance the budget.

It's simple. How can our Federal Government continue to deficit spend? Our future is at stake.The problem, as we should all know, is not a shortage of taxes. It is spending by the Federal Government. All other entities usually work with a balanced budget. Too many organizations and people are taking tax dollars....more than are being paid in taxes. The logical answer is to cut spending. OK, a lot of things depend on that money....SSN, Medicare, Medicaid, military, congressmen, senators, presidents, staff and a million other government agencies. The only fair solution is to cut everything. Even your salary ( join "the people" of this country) It can be done. Remember, no job cuts.....that would make another mess with the jobless rate.
