Some crimes are even beneath being characterized as "acts of terrorism". There once was a time when "terrorists" would actually show up for their criminal acts and be accounted for.
What we are seeing as of late is nothing short of absolute Cowardice. These cowards are sitting at home planning ways to kill and maim as many innocent, defenseless men, women, AND CHILDREN possible.
The punishment needs to fit the crime and so does the label. We need a new classification for this type of senseless behavior.
Cowardice Mayhem with Criminal Intent would include any acts where it is obvious that an individual or group purposely planned and/or carried out an endeavor to target peaceful persons going about their daily lives for serious injury and/or death.
