Legislate Congress to have no more than 4 wks vacation. They are there to represent us and are falling down on the job.

Congress is always out of town when there is so much to be done. Their vacations and campaigning time should be limited and more inline with what John Q Public has available. With current technology they should be able to do their town hall meetings online. I am sick of the special treatment they get and with what consequences to our country? The President should be able to require them to stay when their is critical legislation to be done.
