Sponsor legislation to remove/nullify the headnote from Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad Company, 118 U.S. 394 (1886) This will have the effect of nullifying equal protection under the law for corporations – the so called personhood status of corporations. This will also have the effect of removing corporate money from politics at the federal level and the removal of lobbying organizations and PACs/SuperPacs, freeing federal office holders from the corruption spread by corporations monetary donations.
