1)Non-illegal immigrants such as those with E-2 visas, are productive members of the American society. They contribute to the economy of the United States.
2)Unlike illegal immigrants, these legal immigrants pay taxes and are required to make huge sums of investments.
3)The children of these E-2 visa holders may be citizens of a different nation, but they are essentially Americans. They have been brought up in America and probably will grow to be effective Americans. It will be negligent of the US government to ignore these students.
4)These students cannot receive financial aid for college and often times, are forced to return to their native country and live a completely different life they are not accustomed to. Legislating DREAM Act for illegals while neglecting legals is simply vile
