We the people petition the President of the USA to Legislate the re-introduction of Industrial Hemp in the United States of America.
Make it mandatory for every farmer in America to dedicate 10% of their agriculture to the growth and industrial production of Hemp.
Lift all sanctions and repeal all federal and state Laws dealing with the arrest and convictions of any US citizen in which they were in possession of the schedule 1 narcotic Cannabis.
