The petition should aim at legislation forcing all gun owners:
1.0 to register their guns, make and serial number , with local authorities
2.0 forcing owners to have facilities for locking the guns with no access to authorized persons or minors,,
3.0 legislation allowing checks of the facilities securing the guns and punishable by law if neglect proven
