This is a petition that would call for the federal government to enact legislation that would effectively prohibit the voting ability of person(s) who are not living in the United States of America as naturalized citizens. Furthermore, it would add a requirement of verifiable earned income for the year immediately preceeding any year in which an election for a federal office will be held.
