State Law Enforcement Agencies must adhere to "The Raging Imperial Conundrums" that have been taken place against African American males living in rural, suburban, and inner city areas and install a new Prevention Standard of Policies.
These new National Standards must be in place for all Law Enforcement Precincts. These new National Prevention Standards officers will learn and implement proper methods to disengage, deter, or apprehend any person(s) suspected to offend the law to prevent accidental deaths or murder of suspected law breakers.
These new standards must be installed as a new set of Code of Ethics for Prevention and Apprehension Training on a National Level so every officer adhere to the same Prevention Methods while on duty also held accountable if not followed thoroughly.
