I propose a Quarantine legislation for all communicable diseases that cause death to a secured facility for research and development for cures a fully equipped and staffed Medical Facility. We can have all the specialist there working together to help all humanity. Stop the spread of diseases we have no cure for streamline R&D with Doctors and Patients.
