Threw out the 16, 17, & 1800s the cannabis hemp seed plats & sin semilla plants were embraced as vital resources to the creation, stabilization, & sustainability of the United States of America. Threw out the 1900s & into the 2000s we have been using prohibitionist substance policies that have done far more harm than good. It is well past time that we adopt concepts of "harm reduction" and create sensible substance policies. The cannabis industries provide alternatives to fossil fuels that would offset our demand for fossil fuels while generating millions of stable jobs & 100s of billions of revenues competing in global markets that we are presently neglecting. Furthermore, we have 25% of the worlds incarcerated population despite the fact that we are only 5% of the global population.
