Lend our support to the prime minister of japan to give its military the abilityto support Americans in offensive action

It would be beneficial for the United states and her allies if japan reforms its military to support the united states and her allies in offensive action rather than just defensive. especially seeing a burgeoning force brought forward from china and his ally north Korea. we need all the support we can get from the east Asian allies we have against rouge states like North Korea and burgeoning threats like china. we need to cultivate as much power as we can in the pacific theater to deter any threat to america or her allies.
