According to a Gallup poll a majority of Americans, 51%, are in favor of Marijuana legalization. I am calling on the President to get behind Representative Jared Polis of Colorado and show him support. H.R. 1013 decriminalizes Marijuana at the federal level and leaves the states to decide how to regulate it.
The Obama Administration needs to go one step further and show support for a growing industry. An industry that still cannot house their money in banks. Steps need to be taken to give these Americans access to the banking system we take for granted.
