Resolved, that the citizens of the United States, the permanent and principal rulers in our representative democracy, through their state representatives in congress shall pass a law limiting the amount of time for qualified candidates to campaign for the office of President Of The United States to a period of eight weeks in months to be determined. That each qualified candidate will be required to submit an on-line written detailed statement of policy positions to be available for printing if citizens so choose. That private or public funding will allow for the purchase of television, radio & Internet time in two hour increments on three separate occasions during eight week period which qualified candidates may speak on any topic they wish. Two public debates; domestic & foreign policy
