The Obama administration needs to stop lending money to foreign countries and instead use that money for creating infrastructure such as roads and buildings. Thus creating jobs and boosting the economy. America as a whole wastes millions of dollars on foreign aid money which is never returned. This money could be put towards something more useful which would call for job creation and possibly lowering America's debt.
