Regardless of the medical evidence that suggests that the human brain isn't fully developed until early twenties and other medical information regarding development, if the government thinks it is acceptable for 18 year old people getting drafted or for an 18 year old to make a decision to enlist into the military where their lives WILL be in jeopardy, then an 18 year old should have the right to have a beer without consequence.
