During times of war when the U.S. Armed forces needs to increase its manpower. They will process a Moral Waiver to allow the Enlistment of adults that have made mistakes in their past as Juvenile. However when we are not in an active time of war moral waivers are suspended.
If a human is good enough enlist and die for their country during war, than why are they considered undesrable when we are not at war?
If a juvenile only has one offence and it is not a violent or of sexual nature crime why do we single them out as unworthy to defend our country? Regardless of time after the offense and no prier crimes as a juvenile or adult.
Vote to let good American people enter our military!
If their local court can forgive them and let them make amence for their actions than why can't the DOD.
