If a person is convicted of a felony he or she can not vote or be a juror in a trail, but police corruption and the legal system corruption is putting innocent people in prision. I want every American Citizen to vote and be selected to be a juror in any trail until internal affairs bureau and FBI completes every case of corruption in the police department and the legal system. The "Innocence Project" has proven the flaws in the justice system in the pass and present. The 2012 murder of 30-year-old Malissa Williams and 43-year-old Timothy Russell prove of present day police corruption. Judge Mark A. Ciavarella who accepted private-prison bribes to keep prisons full & send kids to jail sentenced to 28 years. He made over $2.6 million doing. All American should be able to vote.
