Since DC has proven incapable of cutting a dime of Federal Spending, let the Bush Tax Cuts and Payroll Tax Cuts Expire and allow the Sequestration Cuts to go through.
Raising taxes on a few rich people only solves $80 Billion of our $1+ Trillion Annual Deficit. Whereas going over the Fiscal Cliff cuts our Deficit by $700 BIllion. We lived with the Clinton Tax Rates once and were fine.
