This petition says that the American people should see what bills it wants before Congress votes on the bill. This is designed to give power to the people, and see what the American people want on bills. If they don't want it, the bill will not go to Congress and go through legislation process. And if they do want it, it will go to congress and will go through legislation process. The way to figure out what the US citizens want is for the Government to set up a website where citizens vote "yes" or "no" on a bill. Making the U.S. a once again Constitutional Republic.
