In 2010, the FDA stated, at the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Funds case, "a) there is no absolute right to consume or feed children any particular food b) there is no generalized right to bodily and physical health". The govenment says they are the one enitiy to choose what we eat, no right to be healthy and no right to live the food-lifestyle we choose. Enough is enough! The FDA may regulate food, however any government entity does not have the right to pick and choose what Americans will and will not eat, especially if there is no evidence of bodily harm.
