The American people have had enough of congress deciding which laws help out their pocket book. We the people need to take back government and start deciding which laws should and should not go into effect. Congress can still decide which bills they would like to bring up, but the people would decide on a national vote of which bills will pass and which ones won't. And when it comes to deciding whether we go to war, again the American people make that decision. We will call this the "Your vote counts" Act. Why should only a few decide for millions?
