Let Americans create their own jobs. The middle class was made by home businesses. Veterans, disabled, impoverished, elderly, single parents, and ones without a car need the constitutional right to operate a business from home. As long as not in an enclosed neighborhood, ones should have the right to legally put up a small sign that advertises products and/ or services. Millions would have a job, if allowed to do home business. As long as seperate from the living quarters, ones should be able to operate a home business in the house or vending on the property.
Poverty and plighted areas are spreading. Self proprietors have dignity and pride. Areas are safer to live and walk in, including children who walk to school. Many homes are by polluting industries, sex clubs, and vacant buildings.
