We "Black Americans" would like the Government of the United States of American to give us land grants in every state as per "The Moral Act" of 1862 so that we "Black Americans" can teach our young men an women who are incarcerated "A New Path";that is a curriculum for life developed by me, a Teacher of the highest order, to teach them to be teachers of our people; so that our people who suffer with "functional illiteracy" can be healed and made to be productive individual in service to their people.
