We "Black Americans" would like to be able to according to " The Merrill Act of 1862" be granted land in each state for the construction of learning centers where we can use a curriculum that I have developed to spiritually and emotionally redirect young men and women who are functionally illiterate towards "A new Path".
These young men and women who are incarcerated or members of the African Diaspora can give back to the community by teaching others and building a community of teachers of "The Way".
"A New Path" is a curriculum of life that deals with the souls of people first. Opening up their "best self" to love and gratitude and thus healing the community from the injustices of life.
