Americans have the right to decide how to spend their hard-earned money. Taxes are collected by the federal government to be spent by a handful of Americans who have their own agendas and beliefs. These beliefs may not necessarily reflect the will and desires of the American people.
With technology today, there is no reason we shouldn't be able to earmark our taxes to go where we, as individuals, believe it best serves our nation.
Let those branches of government that want our funding prove to the people, the real shareholders, why they deserve it.
