There is much debate as to the original intent of the 2nd Amendment and whether it is relevant to the 21st Century.
There is also much debate as to whether gun ownership should remain a constitutional right or instead become a privilege and thus subject to Federal regulation.
We, the people, would like our voice heard on the matter.
As outlined in Article 5 of the United States Constitution, We the people request a joint resolution be put before congress to repeal the Second Amendment.
If passed, this would allow the matter to be put before state conventions for ratification.
