Compassionate Release should apply to State also not just federal. If someone has Traumatic Head Injury like spouse of inmate and the inmate is only caregiver than Compassionate Release should apply to State also. Sentencing Reform should apply to Stare also not just Federal. What applies to Federal prisons should apply to State prison systems and prisoners. Sentencing reform would also save State money as well as for Federal. Should not be handled or enforced differently. What is right for Federal should be treated same as for State. Compassionate Release should be honored for state prisoners as well as for Federal, not be treated differently. This is law passed in 2010 and should immediately be honored for State also not just for Federal but State also. Let's get this passed ASAP!!!
