The counties in the geographic regions named have very conflicting views with the rest of the State of California. Upon this petition, the residents of said counties wish to propose not only partition into separate states or to another nation altogether if needed, but would like to cite problems with Electoral Collage for reasoning. The Electoral Collage has come into scrutiny recently as more and more people fully understand what it is. The People of the State of California are mostly represented by the people who live in the cities of Los Angles and San Diego, etc. The Electoral Collage does not provide for equal voting across the nation nor in the state of California.
As such for creating more equality without abolishing the Electoral Collage, we ask to be partitioned into a new stat
