We the people demand David Harl Vespie be allowed to step away from the trampoline in Solway and head toward the open arms of friendship, fraternity, and good cheer. We the people expect this to be allowed at least once per month. We the people fully recognize that "headaches", "reffing", and a need "to be home tonight" are in no way reasonable excuses to deny David Harl Vespie his basic human dignity. We the people expect the Obama Administration to intervene when applicable to insure David Harl Vespie's fundamental right to be let out.
