The EB5 immigration Visa was greatly EXPANDED by President Obama in 2009. It has done harm and damage to our communities and our own citizens ability to find affordable housing and good paying jobs. Allowing foreigners to merely BUY their way into our country by buying up all of Americas businesses, shopping centers,resources, timber and and setting up phoney construction companies employing cheap Latino labor, then giving the TEN green cards to the investors families and not the laborers, is unfair. We are already seeing the losses of good jobs for Americans as the Chinese and other foreign investors "import" cheap laborers to work those jobs for less than minimum wage or at minimum wage. There is rampant discrimination against Americans trying to apply for those companies jobs.
