allow Gary to fully express himself as a martial artist, by being granted the unique privilege to compete in any (grappling) competition, irrespective of his opponent’s weight and/ or gender, and to do so under the rule set he sees fit, irrespective of that rule set which his opponent may / may not be subjected to.
